About
I'm a finance student graduating in May 2026, focused on commercial real estate and the numbers that drive it.
I'm finishing a B.S. in Business with a finance concentration at Pensacola Christian College, where my coursework runs through corporate finance, financial statement analysis, and financial modeling and forecasting. My project work has meant building multi-year forecasts and pro formas in Excel, running WACC and Monte Carlo analysis, and stress-testing results with sensitivity tables. A summer running on-site operations for a short-term rental portfolio taught me how buildings actually behave once the model meets the market — and that combination is what I want to bring to commercial real estate.

Web Application
Currently building a web application using Claude Code, gaining direct experience with modern AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
A certificate of insurance (COI) management tool for general contractors. It tracks subcontractor insurance certificates, flags expirations and coverage gaps, and automates the follow-up work that usually gets handled manually. I'm building it with Claude Code, with the goal of growing it into full-service software for general contractors — expanding beyond COI tracking into the broader compliance and administrative workflows GCs deal with day to day.
Academic Modeling
Built a multi-year forecast and pro forma in Excel with dynamic hold-period logic using INDEX/MATCH and sensitivity tables.
A full acquisition pro forma for an income-producing property, built in Excel. Projected net operating income, modeled debt service and DSCR, and calculated levered IRR over the hold period. Ran sensitivity analysis across key assumptions — purchase price, rent growth, and exit cap rate — to see how returns held up under different scenarios.
