About
I'm a finance graduate focused on financial analysis and building with modern tools.
I earned a B.S. in Business with a finance concentration from Pensacola Christian College in May 2026, with coursework through corporate finance, financial statement analysis, and financial modeling and forecasting. My project work has meant building multi-year forecasts and pro formas in Excel, running WACC and Monte Carlo analysis, and stress-testing results with sensitivity tables. Alongside that, I've been building real software with AI-assisted development, using Claude Code to turn ideas into working tools. A summer running on-site operations for a rental portfolio taught me how a business actually runs day to day. I'm looking for a role where I can do rigorous analytical work, keep learning, and build a career on real skills.

Currently building a web application using Claude Code, gaining direct experience with modern AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
A certificate of insurance (COI) management tool for general contractors. It tracks subcontractor insurance certificates, flags expirations and coverage gaps, and automates the follow-up work that usually gets handled manually. I'm building it with Claude Code, with the goal of growing it into full-service software for general contractors — expanding beyond COI tracking into the broader compliance and administrative workflows GCs deal with day to day.
Financial Modeling
A ten-year STR underwriting model in Excel — purchase, financing, revenue, and operating assumptions feed a deal dashboard that scores the result against preset hurdle rates.
A full acquisition pro forma for a short-term rental, built in Excel across eight linked tabs — purchase and setup costs, loan terms, seasonal occupancy and average daily rate, and operating expenses all feed a single deal dashboard. The dashboard reports Year 1 cash-on-cash, cap rate, break-even occupancy, and net operating income alongside five- and ten-year IRR and a total return multiple, then scores the deal against preset hurdle rates for a pass/fail verdict. Two sensitivity tables stress the outcome: Year 1 cash-on-cash across occupancy and average daily rate, and five-year IRR across purchase price and interest rate.
